Refund & Cancellation Policy
Clear, fair rules around booking cancellations and refunds.
1. Booking Fee
When you book a consultation or site visit, you pay a one-time booking fee of ₹500. This fee secures your slot and is processed through Razorpay.
2. Cancellation by User
If you choose to cancel a booking after payment:
- More than 48 hours before scheduled service: Booking fee is fully adjustable as credit toward a future booking within 6 months. No cash refund.
- Less than 48 hours before scheduled service: Booking fee is forfeited (non-refundable).
- No-show: Booking fee is forfeited (non-refundable).

3. Cancellation by ROCK & RISE
In rare cases, we may need to cancel a booking due to:
- Unavailability of our team on the scheduled date
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, civic unrest, etc.)
- Inability to deliver the requested service
In such cases, you will receive a 100% refund of the booking fee within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
4. Service Adjustment
If you proceed with us for the underlying service (property deal, coal supply, etc.), the booking fee of ₹500 will be fully adjusted against the final service charges or brokerage. This means you effectively pay nothing extra for the booking.
5. Refund Process
Where a refund is applicable:
- Refunds are processed via the same payment method used at booking (UPI / card / net banking)
- Razorpay processes refunds within 5–7 working days; some banks may take an additional 2–3 days to reflect
- You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is initiated
- No refund will be issued in cash, cheque, or to a different account
6. Disputes
If you believe a payment was charged incorrectly or a refund is due, contact us within 30 days of the transaction. Disputes raised after 30 days may not be honored. We aim to resolve all refund queries within 5 working days of receipt.
7. Chargebacks
Please reach out to us before raising a chargeback with your bank. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension and possible legal action. We are committed to resolving genuine concerns amicably.
8. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, war, or technical failures of third-party providers like Razorpay or Hostinger.
