Welcome to ROCK & RISE (referred to as "we", "us", "our", or "the Firm"). By accessing or using our website rocknrise.in ("Site") or availing of any service offered by us, you ("User", "you", "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
2. About Us
ROCK & RISE is a sole proprietorship firm registered under the Ministry of MSME (Udyam Registration: UDYAM-BR-23-0122004) and the Goods and Services Tax department of India (GSTIN: 10AONPH3657M1ZR), with its registered place of business at Mehdi Hasan Road, Brahampura, Mushhari, Muzaffarpur, Bihar - 842003. We provide trading services in real estate and coal processing.
3. Services Offered
Our services include but are not limited to:
- Real estate consultation, buying, selling, leasing, and documentation support (NIC Code 68100)
- Coal cleaning, sizing, grading, pulverizing, and supply (NIC Code 05103)
- Paid consultations and physical site visits booked through the Site
4. User Accounts
To book any service, you must register an account with accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, valid email, and a 10-digit mobile number. You are responsible for:
- Keeping your password confidential
- All activities performed under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or breach these terms.
5. Booking & Payment
By placing a booking on our Site:
- You agree to pay the booking fee of ₹500 (or as displayed at the time of booking)
- Payment is processed securely via Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway
- You authorize us to charge the displayed amount to your chosen payment instrument
- A GST-compliant receipt will be issued upon successful payment
- Bookings are confirmed only after payment is verified by our system
6. Refund & Cancellation
Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for detailed rules. In brief:
- Booking fees are non-refundable but adjustable against final service charges if you proceed with us
- If we are unable to provide the booked service, a full refund will be processed within 7–10 working days
7. User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts
- Misuse personal information of any party shared during a transaction
- Post false, misleading, defamatory, or infringing content
- Interfere with the operation or security of the Site
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including the "ROCK & RISE" name, logo, text, graphics, design, and code — is the intellectual property of Mohammad Majahrul Hak and may not be copied, modified, distributed, or reproduced without prior written permission.
9. Third-Party Services
Our payment processing is handled by Razorpay (Razorpay Software Private Limited). Your use of Razorpay's services is governed by Razorpay's own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for any acts or omissions of Razorpay.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROCK & RISE and its proprietor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Your use or inability to use the Site or our services
- Any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in content
- Unauthorized access to your transmissions or data
- Acts of third parties including payment processors
